PEACH® Gemini cartridges are specifically designed for use with the PEACH® Gemini PuraSep® housing in gas coalescing applications. Its unique patented design provides dual flow path filtration with all the added benefits of PEACH technology.  Gas flows outside-to-inside through the front of the cartridge (1st stage) where solid contaminant is removed and liquid coalescing is begun.  Once past the chevron seal, gas will flow inside-to-outside through the back of the cartridge (2nd stage) providing a smooth transition of coalesced liquids from the 1st stage into the 2nd stage.  Coalesced liquids are removed in the 2nd stage down to 0.3 microns.

Particle Retention

  • 0.3 micron & larger liquid and solid particles
  • Standard Recipe: 99.5% of 0.3 micron & larger liquid particles & 99.99% of 0.3 micron & larger solid particles
  • PL-20 Recipe: 99.99% of 0.3 micron & larger solid and liquid particles with an effluent of <2 PPB (wt) by CAGI ADF400-1999
  • Various other performance levels available upon request

Operating Data

  • Max. recommended operating temperature - polyester:                       240°F (115.6°C)
  • Max. recommended operating temperature - polypropylene:               180°F (82.2°C)
  • Recommended change-out differential pressure:                               12 - 14 psi (0.84 – 0.98 kg/cm2)
  • Max. element differential pressure: 25 psi (1.8 kg/cm2)
  • Flow direction: outside-to-inside then inside-to-outside
